After competing in CrossFit at a competitive level and spending 12 transformative months kickboxing daily in Thailand, I returned home with a newfound passion for leading in the fitness industry. With just two years of hands-on experience working both behind the desk and on the gym floor, my client base grew rapidly — and I knew it was time to create my own space with my own unique style.

In 2015, Body Movement Gym was born. My mission has always been clear: to cultivate a welcoming, motivating space where people of all fitness levels feel empowered to move their bodies and push their limits.

Over the years, I expanded the gym’s offerings, turning it into a one-stop shop for fitness, recovery, and community. From a fully equipped weights area to a dedicated recovery zone and regular community events, Body Movement has grown into more than just a gym — it’s a place where members connect, challenge themselves, and feel supported every step of the way.
